Sebastian Chillemi

Painter and draftsman born in 1968 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is dedicated to the profession of drawing and painting since 1989. He studied in workshops of artists and teachers in the city and in the art workshop of the Congress of the Argentine Nation.

His work has been awarded in various competitions, among which the third prize in the drawing discipline of the National Hall of Visual Arts of Argentina.
He has worked both in his country and internationally. Together with his colleague and friend Pablo Salvadó they exhibited in 2010 and 2017 at the Soka University in Los Angeles, California, State.
In 2011 he led a drawing and painting workshop in Toledo, Spain where he was invited 
by the women's clothing brand Nice Things Paloma S. to contribute in the creation  of images for different collections.
In 2016 he exhibited in São Paulo Brazil. In 2020 he created the cover art for the album "End State" for the band Be Mine Phanton Valentine, from San Diego California. In 2021, his works were exhibited at the AT 388 gallery in Rotterdam, Netherlands. During that same year he also participated in the exhibition Violence in Space together with Luis Martínez Salas, in the Memory and Human Rights Space building (former ESMA). His series ' Industrialis' is the result of this collaboration.
